Since the £9K fee was introduced, I have seen a significant increase in student numbers on my courses and increased demands on academic time. I will be discussing how a module was transformed to accommodate increasing student numbers using the same resources and addressing concerns such as question spotting in the examination. One of the key issues was assessment and how feedback was delivered to the students.

Please come along to the ASPIRE event where I will discuss the use of formative assessment and changing staff-student interactions to enhance the learning experience for both staff and students.

Everyone welcome, no need to book! Please ensure you are on the lookout for the 2014-2015 seminar programme.
